Fix Bug#25162
* doc/emacs/files.texi (Reverting): Document
auto-revert-remote-files and auto-revert-verbose.
* lisp/autorevert.el (auto-revert-verbose, auto-revert-mode)
(auto-revert-tail-mode, global-auto-revert-mode): Fix docstring.
