Quieten without-x, without-xml2 builds
* lisp/help.el (x-display-pixel-height, x-display-pixel-width): * lisp/image.el (image-flush, image-size): * lisp/textmodes/sgml-mode.el (libxml-parse-html-region): Declare for compiler.
